TUESDAY"S | 8:00 AM -- 8:45 AM | GENTLE CHAIR YOGA
In this class we begin with focus on breath and joint mobility. Each class incorporates a variation of working on strength, flexibility, balance as well as brain health. We are doing seated as well as standing/moving poses while holding on to a chair or wall.

TUESDAY'S | 9:30 AM -- 10:30 AM | GENTLE MAT CLASS
In this class we focus on breath, joint mobility, brain health, but also strength, balance and flexibility.

THURSDAY'S | 9:30 AM -- 10:30 AM | YOGA for HEALTHY AGING
For all ages. Modifications will be given. After a thorough warm up of muscles and joints we will do a gentle flow class moving from posture to posture, with intention and full awareness of body positioning and body sensation; focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, weight-bearing .... finishing with relaxation. You need to be able to get down to and up from the floor.
